Declarant

• Preparation, completion, and submission of customs declarations in accordance with current legislation
• Verification and analysis of shipping and supporting documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates, contracts, etc.)
• Determination of HS codes, calculation of duties, taxes, and fees
• Interaction with customs authorities, temporary storage warehouses, and transport departments
• Work with specialized software (IS Astana1, D-Sector, etc.)
• Timely and accurate entry of information into the company database
• Participation in inspections, providing explanations in response to customs inquiries
• Maintaining records and document archives

• Higher education (preferably in foreign economic activity, logistics, customs law)
• Work experience as a customs declarant for at least 3 years
• Excellent knowledge of the HS Code, customs legislation, and declaration procedures
• Skills in working with electronic declaration systems
• Attention to detail, responsibility, ability to work under deadlines
• Possession of a qualified customs clearance specialist certificate is preferred
