- Preparation, completion, and submission of customs declarations in accordance with current legislation
- Verification and analysis of shipping and supporting documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates, contracts, etc.)
- Determination of HS codes, calculation of duties, taxes, and fees
- Interaction with customs authorities, temporary storage warehouses, and transport departments
- Work with specialized software (IS Astana1, D-Sector, etc.)
- Timely and accurate entry of information into the company database
- Participation in inspections, providing explanations in response to customs inquiries
- Maintaining records and document archives
- Higher education (preferably in foreign economic activity, logistics, customs law)
- Work experience as a customs declarant for at least 3 years
- Excellent knowledge of the HS Code, customs legislation, and declaration procedures
- Skills in working with electronic declaration systems
- Attention to detail, responsibility, ability to work under deadlines
- Possession of a qualified customs clearance specialist certificate is preferred
