PRIVACY POLICY (AGREEMENT)

1. Terms and Definitions
1.1. Company — ICS Logistics LLP.
1.2. User — any individual or legal entity accessing the services and information on the Website.
1.3. Website — the Company’s website located at https://alaics.kz, including all subdomains (*.alaics.kz).
1.4. Agreement — this document, which governs the terms of use of the Website, including all its elements, content, software, user-generated materials, and the rules for processing personal data.

2.1. Use of any materials from the Website is permitted only with the Company’s written consent. Proper attribution and an accurate reference to the Website are required when quoting content.
2.2. The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The updated version takes effect two (2) days after publication. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
2.3. The User is solely responsible for monitoring changes to the Agreement.


3. User Responsibilities
3.1. The User shall not use the Website for purposes that violate the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan or international regulations.

3.5. In the event of third-party claims arising from the User’s actions, the User agrees to resolve such claims independently and reimburse the Company for any incurred losses.

3.7. The Company does not guarantee absolute accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted operation of the Website’s services.
3.8. All information on the Website is provided “as is,” without any warranties.

4. Personal Data
By accepting this Agreement, the User confirms their consent to the following:
4.1. Voluntary provision of personal data (full name, email, phone number, etc.) for processing by the Company.
4.2. Purposes of data processing:
Provision of Website services;

Sending notifications and responses to inquiries;

Marketing and promotional communications regarding the Company’s and its partners’ products and services.

4.5. The User may withdraw their consent at any time by submitting a written notice to the Company’s legal address.


5. Miscellaneous
5.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5.2. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as establishing agency or employment relations between the User and the Company.
5.3. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
5.4. The Company’s failure to act in the event of a violation does not waive its right to protect its interests in the future.
