Types of Cargo We Handle
The range of cargo we manage is extensive and includes both general and hazardous shipments. For each type of cargo, we take into account all nuances — from document preparation to transportation and customs clearance. Below is a detailed overview of the different types of cargo we work with.
General Cargo
General cargo refers to standard goods that do not require special transportation conditions but may vary widely in nature. These include:
Clothing
Footwear
Accessories
Furniture
Electronics
Construction materials
Spare parts and components
Ingredients for the food industry
Equipment
And much more
Despite their diversity, general cargo shipments typically do not require special storage or transportation conditions, which simplifies delivery.
High-Value Cargo
We ensure the secure transportation of high-value goods that require enhanced security and special attention. These include:
Gold, platinum, silver, and other precious metal products
Gold bullion
Jewelry with precious stones
Gold coins
Works of art
Such cargo requires increased control, careful packaging, and a specialized approach to customs clearance and security at every stage of delivery.
Oversized Cargo
Oversized cargo includes goods that exceed standard dimensions, weight, or volume. Their transportation requires specialized vehicles and preparation. Examples include:
Industrial equipment and components
Drilling rigs
Non-dismantlable structures
Aerospace spare parts
Factory and plant equipment
Other oversized items
Transporting such cargo requires detailed route planning and specialized loading and unloading equipment.
Excise Goods
We pay special attention to the transportation of excise goods, which are subject to strict customs control. These include:
Alcoholic beverages (wine, whisky, champagne, etc.)
Tobacco products
Other excise goods
Alcohol-containing medical products
We ensure full legal compliance and preparation of all required documentation for excise shipments.
Dangerous and Special Cargo
Transporting hazardous and special cargo requires strict safety measures, compliance with regulations, and special permits. These include:
Agricultural livestock
Temperature-controlled goods (food products, pharmaceuticals)
Chemicals
Batteries
Express cargo
Perfumes
Cosmetics and beauty products
Other goods classified under hazard classes 1–8
Such shipments require an individual approach, specialized packaging, and specific transportation conditions.
What We Do Not Transport
We strictly adhere to professional standards and do not handle so-called “cargo” shipments from Turkey or China if they involve informal deliveries without contracts and rates calculated per cubic meter (1 m³).
We work exclusively with shipments supported by a contract or invoice.
Types of Vehicles We Use
The choice of transport depends on the type of cargo and its transportation requirements. Our fleet includes:
Curtain-sided trucks (tilt trailers) — for standard general cargo
Refrigerated trucks — for temperature-sensitive goods (for example, wine requiring +15°C)
Each shipment is transported according to its specific characteristics to ensure safe and timely delivery.

What Does “Cargo” Mean — and Do We Handle It?
In English, “cargo” simply means freight. However, in some markets it refers to informal consolidated shipments calculated per cubic meter without formal contracts.
We do not handle such shipments. We work only with cargo supported by contracts or invoices and processed in full compliance with logistics and customs regulations.
How Much Does It Cost to Ship 1 kg from Turkey to Almaty?
A shipment of 1 kg is too small for international road freight. Our minimum shipment volume is 50 kg, which allows for efficient logistics planning and cost optimization.
For smaller shipments, we recommend courier services or air freight options.
What to Do If Cargo Is Damaged?
If cargo is damaged, several key steps must be taken:
Inspection: Document the condition of the cargo immediately upon receipt.
Insurance notification: If insured, inform the carrier or insurance company.
Damage assessment: Evaluate the extent of damage to determine compensation.
Documentation: Record all damage in an official inspection report.
Liability may rest with either the carrier or the insurance company, depending on contract terms.
What Determines Freight Cost?
Freight cost depends on several factors, primarily the freight rate calculated based on:
Gross weight (including packaging)
Cargo volume (actual or volumetric weight)
Number of units (pallets, containers, etc.)
The total transportation cost includes all stages — from the supplier’s warehouse to the final destination.
Cost of Moving Personal Belongings Within Kazakhstan
The cost depends on:
Cargo volume and weight
Transportation distance
Packaging materials
For small shipments (e.g., one box under 20 kg), postal services may be more cost-effective. For larger volumes, professional transport companies are recommended.
What Is Required to Calculate Temporary Storage Warehouse (TSW) Services?
To calculate TSW costs accurately, provide:
Number of cargo units
Dimensions (length, width, height)
Gross weight
Type of cargo (hazardous, perishable, general)
Consolidated or non-consolidated shipment
Additional services may include:
Freight forwarding support
Deconsolidation
TIR closure
Loading and unloading
Specialized transport
Crane services for oversized cargo
Special equipment handling
Repacking, palletizing, labeling, weighing
Commercial warehouse storage services
By providing complete information, you will receive an accurate cost estimate, delivery timeline, and recommendations for additional services.
