When the Cycling Federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan approached us with an unusual request to deliver a hydrogen—fueled bicycle to Astana for demonstration at the Assembly of the Peoples of Kazakhstan, we understood that this was not just cargo. It is a symbol of the future and an indicator of the country's readiness to move towards a "green" economy.
Task
To organize the import of an innovative bicycle with high cost from France and ensure its delivery to Astana by a specific date, without delays and bureaucratic risks.
How we solved the problem
- We have prepared a full package of documents for customs clearance
- We promptly contacted the Department of Customs Control of Almaty
- To speed up the procedure, we were assigned a separate employee
- Customs clearance was carried out immediately upon arrival of the cargo
- We organized a quick transfer to Astana
Result
The bike was delivered on time and successfully demonstrated at the Assembly of the Peoples of Kazakhstan. The preparation carried out in advance made it possible to avoid any delays — everything went well and on time.
