About the Ranking
Results of the Ranking of Customs Representatives conducted by the Association of Legal Entities “ACBK(P)” and invited customs representatives of the Republic of Kazakhstan who are not members of the Association, based on 2023 performance:
In accordance with the decision of the Council of the Association of Legal Entities “ACBK(P)”, the Association conducted a Ranking of member companies and invited customs representatives of the Republic of Kazakhstan who are not members of the Association, based on 2023 results.

At the Congress, amendments were also approved to Criterion No. 9 “For Companies with Other Registry Activities” and a new Methodology for calculating ranking scores of customs representatives of ALE “ACBK(P)” based on performance results for the respective period.
In particular:
1) Amendment to Criterion No. 9 “For Companies with Other Registry Activities”:
Applies to:
Temporary storage warehouses (TSW), customs warehouses, customs carriers, Authorized Economic Operators (AEO)
- Minus 5 points if activities are carried out through a consortium
- Minus 10 points if the company is independently included in the relevant registry
Note: When participating through a consortium, the rule “One customs representative – one warehouse or type of activity” must be observed.
2) New Methodology for Calculating Ranking Scores
Under the updated methodology, the following procedure for submitting documents and information for ranking purposes is established:
- Each ranking participant must provide supporting documents for every Criterion.
- In the cover letter, the participant must include a self-calculated score for each Criterion, which will be verified by the Ranking Commission.
The Congress of ALE “ACBK(P)” decided to implement the above amendments to the Customs Representatives Ranking effective January 1, 2024.
